Lovely Lakeside Retreat

Our stay was delightful, highlighted by the stunning terrace overlooking the lake. We enjoyed relaxing by the water, which was perfect for cooling off. Breakfast included a wide variety of meats and cheeses, though fresh fruit would have been a lovely addition. Don’t forget to bring swimming shoes!

The hotel features charming vintage decor that perfectly captures the essence of Malcesine, making it a delightful setting. Its lakefront accessibility and the availability of sun loungers make it effortlessly enjoyable for seniors like myself.

Need better seating options for dining outside.

We had a great time at this lakeside spot. The views were fine, especially from our room. The staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating. Breakfast offered a nice variety, including local treats. We loved the convenient access to nearby attractions. 🌅

Incredible location right by the lake and a short walk from the castle. The evening meals featured a delightful three-course menu, and the bruschetta was a highlight. While the receptionist initially struggled with our check-in, other staff members were particularly helpful. The room’s air conditioning was unnecessary thanks to a provided fan, which offered a comfortable stay.

The best part of my stay was soaking up the sun on the terrace overlooking the lake! 🌅 The room was clean and cozy, but the bathroom was a bit cramped.

We had an amazing time! The sun terrace was perfect for lounging and enjoying a drink, and the leisure room was a cozy spot to unwind. The twin beds were comfy, though we had originally booked a double, but it didn’t dampen our spirits. 😊

What a treat! The spread of organic fruits at breakfast was a delightful start each day, and the nearby Joy's Place served up some epic local finds that fueled my culinary adventure. Plus, the evening meals on the deck were a lovely touch, making for a chill dining vibe with solid local wine!

However, the two-level room setup was a bit noisy, especially when neighbors stomped up and down. Also, I felt a bit snubbed at breakfast when we were asked to sit away from a prime window spot despite the space being open.

Small bathroom was somewhat inconvenient.

I had a great stay. the food was amazing with fresh homemade pasta and the breathtaking view from the room was unforgettable! Just beware, the rooms are a bit dated.

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially being just a few steps away from delightful narrow cobbled streets filled with local shops, and the stunning views of the lake from my room were absolutely breathtaking.
